At REJS, we carry out comprehensive wire plastic processing using modern bending centers. The technological facilities allow for straightening, cutting, bending, and chamfering of wire, as well as butt welding and the creation of complex multi-plane elements.
We use WAFIOS and VARO bending centers, enabling the straightening and cutting of wire with a diameter from 1 to 12 mm. The modern machinery park allows for efficient preparation of the material for subsequent processing stages.
We perform wire bending with a diameter from 1 to 13 mm, with a minimum bending radius R = 1 mm. The technology allows for an unlimited number of multi-plane bends on a single element, which also enables the creation of more complex shapes.
The range of services also includes chamfering of ends and butt welding, allowing individual stages of wire processing to be carried out within a single production process.
The ability to perform multiple multi-plane bends allows for the creation of elements with complex geometry.
