Grinding of Pipes and Rods
We use a six-head centerless grinder Loeser RPS 374. It allows for the processing of pipes with a diameter of Ø6–80 mm and rods Ø6–40 mm, with element lengths from 100 to 3000 mm.

At REJS, we perform grinding and polishing of pipes, rods, and profiles, preparing surfaces for processes such as electroplating. Specialized grinders allow for the processing of elements with various shapes, diameters, and dimensions.
Flat Surface Processing
The flat surface grinder allows for the processing of elements with a maximum width of 280 mm and a length of 3000 mm, enabling surface preparation for subsequent technological processes.
Grinding of Bent Pipes
The machine park also includes equipment designed for grinding bent round pipes with a diameter of 16 to 80 mm, expanding the possibilities for processing elements with more complex shapes.
