We have three coating lines, allowing for the painting of components of various sizes. The maximum dimensions of the components are 4000 × 800 × 1200 mm (length × width × height).

At REJS, we offer comprehensive powder coating of metal components, carried out on automatic, semi-automatic, and manual lines. The process allows for a durable and aesthetic finish, and the wide selection of colors enables customization of the finish to meet project requirements.
Surface Preparation Before Painting
Before coating, surfaces undergo appropriate preparation. Depending on the material, the process includes industrial washing, steel phosphating, and aluminum chromating, which prepares the component for the application of the powder coating.
Color and Finish
We carry out coating in the full range of RAL colors, allowing the appearance of the components to be matched to the project specifications and desired visual effect.
Technological Facilities
We conduct the process on automatic, semi-automatic, and manual lines, allowing us to adjust the painting method to the type and size of the processed elements.
