Pipe bending
On WAFIOS, MACRI, and BLM benders, we perform pipe bending with a diameter of up to Ø60 mm. The maximum insert length is 6000 mm, which also allows for the processing of long elements.

At REJS, we offer precise bending of pipes, profiles, and rods at specialized bending centers. Modern machines allow for the production of elements with varied cross-sections and lengths while maintaining high process repeatability.
Bending profiles and rods
The processing range also includes oval and square profiles as well as rods with a diameter of up to Ø18 mm. This allows for the creation of elements with different cross-sections and applications.
Bending repeatability
The process ensures bending repeatability at the level of ±0.1°, allowing for the maintenance of required parameters for subsequent elements produced.
