At REJS, we perform laser and mechanical processing of tubes and profiles with various cross-sections and dimensions. Modern BLM machines enable precise cutting of elements made of steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, even for profiles with non-standard shapes.
We perform processing on BLM LT8, LC5, and LT FIBER lasers. The technology allows cutting of round profiles with a diameter of Ø12–240 mm and rectangular profiles from 12 × 12 mm to 200 × 200 mm, with a detail length up to 6500 mm.
The use of a 3D head allows for the processing of closed, open, and special profiles, as well as making cuts at an angle. We process black and stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
We perform mechanical cutting on the automatic saw BLM ADIGE TS72. The machine allows for the processing of round, square, and rectangular tubes and bars, and the process can also include deburring the ends of the cut material.
Range of mechanical processing: round tubes Ø10–102 mm, square profiles 10 × 10–80 × 80 mm, rectangular profiles 15 × 10–100 × 80 mm, and bars Ø12–40 mm.
