We perform machining on STAR SR20R and SB16 turning automats, designed to work with round bars up to 20 mm in diameter. In addition to turning, milling and drilling, and transverse and eccentric threading are possible.

At REJS, we perform precise CNC machining using turning automats and three- and five-axis milling centers. The wide technological capabilities allow us to produce parts from various materials, maintaining high accuracy and repeatability.
CNC Milling
We use three- and five-axis milling centers DMG MORI – DMU monoBLOCK 60 and ECOMILL 1035 V. Five-axis centers allow machining of parts with maximum dimensions of 600 × 500 × 500 mm, and three-axis – up to 1000 × 500 × 400 mm.
Wide Range of Materials
On turning automats, we machine automatic, structural, and stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and POM/PA plastics. This allows the process to be adapted to various applications and production requirements.
Precision and Dimensional Control
We perform dimensional control of machined parts using a measuring probe with an accuracy of up to 0.001 mm. The positioning accuracy of the head is 0.005 mm, ensuring high precision and repeatability of execution.
