INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) – hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, I inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Rejs Spółka z o.o., contact address: Rejs Spółka z o.o., ul. Mławska 61, 87-500 Rypin.
  2. The data controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact via email: iodo@rejs.eu or in writing at the address of the controller's headquarters. You can contact the Data Protection Officer on all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.
  3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation. In other cases, your personal data is processed solely on the basis of the consent given within the scope and purpose specified in the content of the consent.
  4. Your personal data is processed only to the extent related to the achievement of the above purposes. We do not share your data with other recipients except for entities authorized by law or entities to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data.
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and in accordance with the archiving deadlines specified by the competent regulations or until consent is withdrawn.
  6. In connection with the processing of your personal data, with exceptions reserved by law, you have the following rights: 
    • access to the content of personal data concerning you, based on Article 15 of the Regulation; 
    • rectification of data, based on Article 16 of the Regulation;
    • deletion of data, based on Article 17 of the Regulation, processed on the basis of your consent; in other cases where the Controller processes personal data based on legal provisions, data may be deleted after the archiving period;
    • restriction of data processing, based on Article 18 of the Regulation;
    • the right to data portability – based on Article 20 of the Regulation;
    • object to the processing of data, based on Article 21 of the Regulation, with the reservation that this does not apply to cases where the Controller has the right to process data based on legal provisions. A person whose data is processed based on consent given by that person has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal, subject to exceptions resulting from generally applicable legal provisions.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
  8. Providing your personal data is mandatory based on legal provisions or is a condition for concluding a contract. In such cases, the consequence of not providing them is the inability to perform tasks by the Controller. In other respects, providing personal data is voluntary.
  9. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not make automated decisions about you, including decisions resulting from profiling. The Controller will not transfer your personal data to third countries and international organizations.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)

– hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, I inform you that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining business contacts and providing commercial offers, including newsletters.
  4. In connection with the processing of data for the purposes indicated above, the recipients of your personal data may be entities to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data.
  5. Your personal data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent for processing or the submission of an objection to processing.
  6. In connection with the processing of your personal data, with exceptions reserved by law, you have the following rights:
    • access to the content of personal data concerning you, based on Article 15 of the Regulation;
    • rectification of data, based on Article 16 of the Regulation;
    • deletion of data, based on Article 17 of the Regulation, processed on the basis of your consent; in other cases where the Controller processes personal data based on legal provisions, data may be deleted after the archiving period;
    • restriction of data processing, based on Article 18 of the Regulation;
    • the right to data portability based on Article 20 of the Regulation;
    • object to the processing of data, based on Article 21 of the Regulation, with the reservation that this does not apply to cases where the Controller has the right to process data based on legal provisions.   8. Providing your personal data is voluntary and is based on your consent, the consequence of not providing them is the inability to present commercial offers including newsletters by the Controller.
  9. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries and international organizations only based on national law, international agreements, and applicable conventions.
